Walk-In Visit

Same-day care for non-emergency concerns when you do not have a scheduled appointment. Walk-in visits are ideal for sudden but non-urgent symptoms.

Patients with a same-day health concern who are not registered with a family doctor at the clinic, or registered patients who need care before their next scheduled visit.

How to access

Walk-in queue. Check live status and join the queue online before arriving.

Alberta Health Care card and a list of current medications. Bring your medication bottles if you are unsure of names or dosages.

Chronic Disease Follow-Up

Ongoing management of long-term conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, heart disease, thyroid disorders, and arthritis.

Who this is for

Patients with diagnosed chronic conditions who require regular monitoring, medication adjustments, and preventive care planning.

How to access

By appointment. Most chronic conditions are reviewed every 3 to 6 months depending on severity.

Alberta Health Care card, home blood pressure or blood sugar logs, current medications, and any recent lab results.

WCB / Workers' Compensation Board Visit

Work-related injury assessments, initial reporting, treatment plans, and follow-up care for Workers' Compensation Board claims in Alberta.

Who this is for

Employees who have been injured at work and require medical assessment, documentation, or ongoing treatment under WCB Alberta.

How to access

Walk-in for acute work injuries. Follow-up appointments for ongoing WCB care must be booked in advance.

What to bring

Alberta Health Care card, WCB claim number (if already assigned), incident details, and any first-aid or emergency records from the injury.

Forms / documents

The employer may need to complete a WCB report. Bring any paperwork provided by your workplace or WCB.
